Do You Have A Physical Shop I Can Visit?
We don’t currently operate a walk-in bakery or shop. All our bakes and savouries are made to order from our kitchen in Colchester, Essex, and we handle all enquiries online or by phone. The map on this page is for reference only.
How Do I Order

Do You Offer Delivery?
Yes! We hand-deliver local to our bakery. All other surrounding areas are via Royal Mail. Delivery options depend on your order size and location — we’ll confirm availability and costs when you enquire.
Can You Cater For Allergies Or Special Diets?
Absolutely. We can create gluten-free and dairy-free bakes and savouries upon request. While we take every care to avoid cross-contamination, please note that all our products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts and other allergens.
How Much Notice Do You Need For Custom Orders?
We recommend at least 7 days’ notice for custom orders or large taster boxes. However, if you have a last-minute request, get in touch — we’ll always do our best to fit you in.
Do You Take Wholesale Or Corporate Orders?
While we don’t currently offer a dedicated wholesale or corporate order service, we’re always open to hearing from local businesses, cafés, or event organisers interested in our bakes and savouries. If we can accommodate your request, we’ll happily discuss available options and quantities.
